Before Glenna and Rita were out of bed, I went across the street to Breakfast Story for breakfast.
When they were dressed and ready to go, we went to our train station, Nana, to start the day’s adventure. Here is the advertisement on the side of the train for the upcoming Bruno Mars concert.
Our first stop was the Jim Thompson House, an historical home of a late British man who introduced the Thai silk industry to the international market. I sat outside and read as the girls walked through the museum.
Bangkok does indoor malls better than any place in the world. You could spend a week in this one alone and not see everything.
Way better than the tourist infested floating market, and air-conditioned.
I had the pancakes, bacon and fruit. I’ll take Glenna next time

The next and last stop of the day was Icon Siam Mall. It is incredible. Since I already have many pictures of the mall on our site, I have posted just a few here today.
One of many fresh fruit stands
There are literally hundreds of places to eat.
