My morning walk starts at home around 6:30 AM. I walk on the Green Mile from Benjakitti Park to and around Lumpini Park and back. 4.5 miles

Walking over some homes

Lumpini Park has perfectly paved roads with no traffic, not even bikes

It is a beautiful immaculate park

And, there are several very clean, free bathrooms scattered about the park

Walking along the canal

Along the Green Mile (which isn’t always green)

Over some major roads

The park has several lakes and ponds

Runners and walkers have to watch out for the monitor lizards

They have been known to drag down older or slower runners and walkers
