We've been busy almost every day, but I just haven’t found much worth photographing. Going to the grocery store or the gym just isn’t very interesting. Yesterday, we went to a big open food and crafts fair at the Impact Exhibition Center on the edge of the city. It was pretty awesome, but I didn’t take any pictures inside. Just forgot.
A view from a train station along the way.
On the way back, we stopped at Dusit Park Mall. But from the train station, it was pouring rain, and we didn’t have an umbrella
The mall inside is beautiful. The escalators in the center section of the mall
There is also an outdoor park built into the upper floors of the building
We ordered a crème brûlée cake baked in a banana peel and chocolate coconut ice cream served in a coconut shell.
Glenna at the fair entrance.
Across the street from the Impact Center. Doesn’t seem to fit the surroundings
And a great view of Lumpini Park
This wall-dwelling park spanned several floors of the mall
Inside, more than a dozen Michelin Guide restaurants stood. This restaurant had grilled Wagyu meatballs
There was a free aerobic class on the first floor
From that park, there a excellent views of the city
We were still full from all the food we ate at the fair earlier in the day, but we still stopped for dessert at this exclusive Thai dessert cafe.
It was a good day.
A musical play at the main stage of the fair
