We continued north to Byblos

After lunch, we were off to Tripoli

Spices, nuts and fruits

Byblos had a really nice harbor

Byblos had its share of Roman and Mamluk ruins

Nahr el-Kalb has over 3,000 years of Egyptian, Assyrian, Persian, Greek, Roman, and Ottoman history. Also called β€œthe stone history of Lebanon.”

Mseilna Fort was built as a watchtower in the 17th century by a Druze Emir

Tripoli, also on the coast, was packed with markets and restaurants
