One place that we found late into our trip was Nakano. We went to Nakano Broadway, but found the side streets off of the covered mall much more interesting.

Tim tried to help this guy, but he was not very responsive

It was very difficult to find a restaurant that seven extremely different people would like. We had a vegan, two vegetarians, two people who didn’t like Japanese food, one person who only wanted konbini food, and one who just wanted a cheeseburger. We did find a pretty good pizza place near our house.

I ordered two plates of the special at the top right. No one knew. Pretty funny. Everyone loved it.

Very few tourists and many different Izakaya and restaurants.
