The Hollywood set of Morocco
Kasbah Tamdakhte (also spelled Tamdakht) in the Ounila Valley, only about 4–6 km from Aït Ben Haddou on the scenic road toward Telouet and eventually Marrakech.
After two long days in the car, we arrived at our riad in Marrakesh.
These are Egyptian-style movie sets at Atlas Studios, just outside Ouarzazate in southern Morocco. Atlas Studios was established in 1983 and became one of the world's major film production locations.
