From our balcony, we have been looking at the Hyatt Regency for the past two months and finally went there for dinner and have a drink at their rooftop bar.
After dinner, we walked upstairs to the Spectrum Rooftop bar.
The setting and views of the city were excellent.

Dinner was a grilled seafood and meat buffet. Excellent quality in a very nice restaurant right under the rooftop bar.
The service and music was also excellent
